He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Nagy and Theresa A. Nagy (Groff); his son Anthony; and his brother Thomas. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Dougherty (Jeff); his daughter-in-law Rachel Nagy; his grandchildren, Kenneth Mann (Brittany), Tyler Mann (Meagan), Tiffany Kelly (Matthew) and Evan Dougherty (Marissa); his stepgrandson Kyle Miller; his brother John A. Nagy (Sandra); his sister-in-law Alice Nagy; and his pet Roxy. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Reichel Funeral Home (326 E 21st St, Northampton, PA 18067). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to Richard's family c/o the funeral home.
