He is survived by: his sons, Robert Maikits Jr. (Heather) and Joseph Getz (Linda); his grandchildren, Desiray, Wyatt, Emmalee, Lukas, Alizabeth and Autumn; and his brother Paul Maikits. He is also survived by 3 great-grandsons, several nieces and nephews.
