She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred H. Rex and Marion J. Rex (Siegfried); her sister Jane; and her niece Adrienne. She is survived by: her sons, Riley (Kelly) and Alex (Anna); her grandson Paxton; her siblings, Keith Rex, Kevin Rex (Karen) and Susie Weber (Harold); her brother-in-law Garry Christman; and her nieces and nephews, Kristin, Hunter, Jessica, Lauren, Katherine, Avery, Andrew and Aaron.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network or Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley in Sally's memory.
