It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Skrapits of Northampton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 10, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Istvan Skrapits and Johanna Skrapits (Kurcz); and his siblings, Cecilia, Maria, George, Anna and John.
He is survived by: his children, Jane Pany, Lisa Longenbach (Mark), Stephen Jr., Susan Biesecker (David Hetherington) and Thomas (Sharon); his grandchildren, Emily Pursel (John), Richard Pany (Patrick Onnen), Gabriella Coshland (Edward), Julia Donahue (James IV), Nicholas Longenbach, Alexander Skrapits and Imre Biesecker; and his great grandchildren, Cecilia, Sophia and James. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church in the loving memory of Stephen.
