He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles, Sr. Bodnar and Nesttie Bodnar (Kyra); and his brothers, Roger and Charles, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Janette M. (Shinsky); his daughters, Donna M. Solomon (John) and Denise A. Iannotta (James); his grandsons, Johnny, Brandon, Matthew and Nicholas; his great grandchild John Theodore II; and his siblings, James Bodnar (Mary Ann) and Veronica Kurtz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Northampton, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in loving memory of Theodore.
