He is survived by: his significant other Leslie Conover; his children, Briana Miklich (Meulman), Eric Meulman and Elizabeth Dyer; and his siblings, Mitchell, Curtis Holmgren, Jacoba Johanna Meulman and Eva Brooks. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
