He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Beaurivage Smith; his parents, Walter Smith and Georgianna Beauchamps Smith; and his siblings, Bruce Smith and Joan Walsh.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Smith (Thomas Pratt) of Downingtown, Nicole Allen (Matthew Allen) of Exton and Danielle Smith-Daywalt (Bill Daywalt) of Thorndale; his grandchildren, Christina Pratt, Abigail Pratt, Alexa Peterson, Lauren Peterson and Isaac Smith; and his brothers, Wayne Smith and Walter Smith.
