He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bell and Elizabeth Bartlett Bell. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Toohey Bell; his sons, Scott K. (Barbara) and Jeffery M. (Joanne); his grandchildren, Shannon, Andrew and Patrick Bell; and his sister Deanna Mandel.
