He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Oleksak; his wife Jeannine; his son-in-law Rick Lodowski; and his siblings, Martin, John, Frank, Agnes Stewart and Cecelia Gorbacz.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Vizza (Louie) and Margaret Lodowski; his grandchildren, Mollie VanOrd (Adam), Peter Vizza and Ricky Lodowski; his great grandchildren, Gunnar of Warren, PA. and Juliana Rose VanOrd of Warren, PA.; his sisters, Jean Taydus and Joan Serafin of Oil City, PA.; and his sisters-in-law, Loleta Oleksak of Albuquerque, N. M and Carol Rudisille of Lancaster, OH.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
