He is survived by: his wife Patsy Foster of Warren, PA; his children, Melanie Foster of Warren, PA and Bart Foster Jr. of South Carolina; his stepsons, Jason Stewart (Kim) of Warren, PA and Shawn Stewart (Brenda) of Virginia; his grandchildren, Garret Littlefield, Geoff Stewart Ryan Stewart, Jack Stewart and Jennifer Stewart; his siblings, Nancy Elliot of Ohio and Sherman Foster (Butch) of Georgia; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Kitchel, Ronald and Robert Kitchel.
