He is survived by: his wife Vea Bearfield Reese-Ion; his sons, Jonathan "Jay" Ion (Cammie) of Warren, PA., Walter "Tea" Ion (Nicole) of Cabool and Dav Lee Ion (Brittany) of Warren, PA.; and his sister Mary McCarthy of Erie, PA.. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews.
