He is survived by: his mother Mary Eileen Kiser Saylor of Warren, PA; his brother Jonathan Hairr of North Carolina; his uncles, Jonathan Kiser of Warren, James Kiser (Janice) of Harrisburg, John Kiser of Russell, Mark Kiser (Melinda) of Warren, Michael Kiser of Warren, Alan Kiser (Renee) of Warren and Kenneth Kiser of Warren; his aunt Barbara Jean Kiser of Warren; and his close friend Lori Anderson of Warren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Redeemer R. C. Church. A Mass was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
