He is survived by: his wife Michelle Hoover; his stepchildren, Christian Kelly (Ryan) of Cranberry Township, PA., Angela Miller of Sheffield, PA. and Thomas Buchleitner IV (Patricia) of Erie, PA.; his siblings, William Smith of Jamestown, N. Y. and Debbie Arne Keister of Minnesota; his stepgrandchildren, Jackson Shaw, Ava Curry, Alaina Kelly and Thomas Buchleitner; and his great grandchild Mavis Shaw.
