She is survived by: her son Royce Smith of Erie, PA; and her granddaughters, Abigail Smith of Erie, PA, Christina Martin of Jamestown, NY and Angela Jerman of Warren, PA. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home Inc. (304 East St, Warren, PA 16365). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
