He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Vaughan and P. Avanell Kelly Vaughan; and his sister Vera Lynne Vaughan Kasick. He is survived by: his daughter Tina Vaughan Moore (Marty); his friend Bonnie Gray of Warren, PA.; his stepdaughters, Kim and Lori Carvelli; his sister Patricia L. Vaughan; his niece Brenda Covell of Ormond Beach, FL; and his nephew Troy Kasick of Allentown, PA.. He is also survived by several other nieces, and nephews.
