She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy S. Gibson and Dorothy L. Fox Gibson; her husband Richard W. Olney; and her sisters, Patty Gibson, Dorothy Rossell and Kay Reed.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Toombs (Raymond); her granddaughters, Alyce Busch (Randy) and Rhiannon Toombs; and her stepgreat-grandsons, Ezra of Tionesta, PA. and Gabriel Busch of Tionesta, PA.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Elaine would be sincerely touched by donations to Paws Along the River or any animal rescue you prefer.
