He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Blum and Mary Scersko Blum; his wife Rose E. Lucia; and his son Angelo E. Blum. He is survived by: his son Christopher S. Blum of Warren; and his sister Mary Louise Burns (Larry) of Sheffield. He is also survived by two nieces; one nephew and numerous cousins.
