He is survived by: his wife Mavis Ralston Spencer; his son Scott Spencer (Cheri) of Barnes, PA.; and his siblings, Sue Jensen of Warren, PA., Jane Harriger of Clarendon, PA., Mary Grubbs of Sheffield, PA., Kathy Shaffer of Sheffield, PA., Jack Spencer of Sheffield, PA. and Marge Lewis of Brookston, PA.. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
