He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Eaton and Lulu Louise Love Eaton; his son James Michael "Jamie" Eaton; and his siblings, Mary Hawk and Robert Richard Eaton.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Goodwill Eaton; his daughters, Diane Eaton of Warren, PA., Christine Anderson and Elizabeth Imel (James) of Woodbridge, VA; his brothers, Thomas Eaton (Diane) of Clarendon, PA. and William Eaton of Fayetteville, N. C; his grandchildren, Steven Anderson (Dani), A. J. Anderson, Amanda Anderson, Ben Imel and Hannah Imel; and his great grandchildren, Emalli and Charlie Anderson.
