He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Stuart and Delores Andersen Stuart; and his brother James Stuart. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Manning Stuart; his daughters, Jessica Bowman (Robert) of Alexandria, VA., Stephanie Bailey (Steve) of Warren, PA. and Stacie Stuart (Eddie McCaney) of Mont Clare, PA.; his sister Judy Corso (Joe) of Brookville, FL.; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Anna, Ella, Adelyn Bailey, Kate, Cole and Briggs Bowman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. (304 East St, Warren, PA 16365). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
