She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold L. Carter and Anna Mae Pogson Carter; and her siblings, Louise Donahue, Mary Bossard and Harold "Sonny" Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Laura McDunn (Patrick) of Warren, PA., Lea Bolin (Dwight) of Virginia Beach, VA. and Joel Kell of Phoenix, AZ.; and her grandchildren, Michael, Matthew Mc Dunn, Sean, Alya and Rachel Bolin.
