Barner of Warren, Pennsylvania, born in Tiona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William McClellan and Pearl Duchaine; her husband Raymond R. Barner; and her siblings, Bill, Edward, Robert, Dennis McClellan, Margaret McGee, Marjorie McClellan, Janice McClellan and Barb Allen.

She is survived by : her children, Linda Hessley (Bernard) of Warren, PA and Timothy H. Barner (Roberta) of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her brother Stanley McClellan of Tiona. She is also survived by six Grandchildren; 5 great Grandchildren.
