He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Jacoby and Catherine Refalsky; and his siblings, Ann Beiter, Helen Lackey, Joe Jacoby, Fran Frankovich, Stavana Rumski and Miriam Burgroski.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Sordetto; his children, Maria McIlvaine of Canyon Country, CA, Natalie Brown of Warren, PA, Lori Pineda of Weatherford, TX and Anthony Jacoby of Warren, PA; and his brother Lou Jacoby. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
