He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hawks and Marian Spencer Hawks; his wife Janice Kane Hawks; and his granddaughter Kristin Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Dennis Hawks of Warren, PA., Donna Johnson (Craig) of Youngsville, PA., Debbie Hawks (Don Sturdevant) of Warren, PA. and Diane Hawks (Kim Gray) of Sanford, N. C.; his pet Minnie; his brother Robert Hawks (Laverne) of Sardis; his grandchildren, Katie Munksgard (Terry), Jim Munksgard (Stefanie), Kelly Johnson (Colton Thompson) and Josh Peterson; and his great grandchildren, Kaley Ressler, Jase Mihalko and Kylie Munksgard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
