He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Sanford Wingard and Alma Mae Hidinger Wingard. He is survived by: his wife Linda Bean Wingard; his children, Jeffrey Allen Wingard (Yvonne Marie) of Pittsburgh, Jennifer Marie Wingard of Pittsburgh, Jody Russell Wingard (Jennifer Lee Koehler) of Gainesville, Virginia and Joy Ann Wingard of Los Angeles, California; his grandchildren, Joshua James Wingard, Julia Ann Wingard, Jack Christopher Wingard and Jason Russell Wingard; and the mother of his children Karen Ann Wingard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
