Sally A. Kasper Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sally A. Kasper of Warren, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband David Kasper; her parents, William Dahl and Hellen Dahl; her sister Carol Goldberg; and her friend Anne Putnam Mallinson.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert C. Dilks, Jr. (Jennifer) of Warren and Jason P. Dilks (Allison) of Oil City; her grandchildren, Bailey Blair (Steffen), Kelsey Dilks (Payton Stewart) and Jackson Dilks; her great grandchild Sofie Blair; and her brother William Dahl (Becky). She is also survived by two nieces, and a world of friends.
