She is survived by: her daughter Avery Elizabeth Collins; her parents, Christina Sponeybarger of Youngsville, PA. and Donald Lee Collins, Sr. (Amber) of Eldred, PA.; her stepfather Thomas Malone of Warren, PA.; her brothers, Donald Lee Collins, Jr. of Duke Center, PA. and Nicholas Reardon of Warren, PA.; her grandparents, Cynthia Wilder (Michael Oaks) of Salamanca, N. Y. and Randy Sponeybarger (Lalonnie) of Salamanca, N. Y.; and her great-grandparent Gloria Spiller of Portville, N. Y..
