He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his sons, David (Audrey) of Hyderabad, India, Jonathan of Falls Church, VA, Michael (Danae) of West Grove, PA and Stephen (Irene) of Poulsbo, WA.; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Jack, Owen, Maya, Ryan, Will, Emma and Corbin.
