Hoover (West Chester, Pennsylvania), born in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold T. Sooy and Laura Hutchinson Sooy; her husband Walter Hoover; and her sisters, Betty Marshall, Ethel Hoffman and Dorothy Sandilands.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy (Andrea) and Peter Hoover (Beth); her grandchildren, Theresa Hoover, Jennifer Brady (Paul), Kelly Murphy (Ryan), Katie Koons (Matt), Chris Hoover (Jen) and Jaclyn Ryan (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Jacob Brady, Madison, Abby Koons, Connor, Emily, Hannah Murphy and Heidi Hoover.
