With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Joseph Lukatch III of West Chester, Pennsylvania, born in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 7, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph Lukatch II and Catherine Lukatch (Storaska); his brother Tom Lukatch; and his stepson Jade Simmers. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lukatch (Ripka); his daughters, Lorie Kaplan (Matt), Pamela Wright (Darryl) and Jennifer Gorman (Ryan); his stepson Todd Simmers; his grandchildren, Lauren, Stephen, Hope, Mia, Lylah and Madison; his great grandchildren, Jacqueline, Jocelyn and Grace; and his sister Jane Crabtree.
