With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Edward Welch of West Chester, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 7, 2025 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his sister Vivian Louise Welch. He is survived by: his sister Janice Drury (Donald Drury); his nieces, Sandra Terry Everett and Elizabeth Muirhead; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Garrett Thomas, Wren Muirhead and Matthew Muirhead; his brother James Welch; his stepmother Ana Welch (Buitrago); his friend Robert Rebecca (Bob); and his sisters, Linda Welch and Sandra Welch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
