She is survived by: her sisters, Doris Potak and Frances Hewko. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; great-great nieces and nephews; and great-great-great nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be presented to the church or the Inpatient Hospice Unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Helen's memory.
