He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Cornwell and Valentine F. Cornwell Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Edward R. Cornwell Jr. and Tim Cornwell (Angela); and his friend Betty Cornwell. He is also survived by five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
