She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Kelly and Leroy Kelly. She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Williams (Gene) and Sheri Rhinehart (William); and her sisters, Mary Fulmer, Betty Sheppard, Daisy Johnson, Barbara Matthews and Dorothy Fanning. She is also survived by three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
