He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Kemp and Dolores Rogers Kemp; and his wife Lori Kemp. He is survived by: his sons, Cody Kemp of Atwood and Casey Kemp of Atwood; and his sisters, Peggy McDaniel of Covington and Sonia Fisher of Covington. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
