He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Norris Hickman, MD and Betty Lewis Farrow Hickman; his grandparents, Elisha Farrow, MD, Nola Gray Lewis Farrow, Rev. Norris Grady Hickman and Cola Williamson Hickman; and his sister Ann Morton Hickman Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Webb Hickman; his daughters, India Gray Hickman Konemann (Corey) and Elizabeth Ann Hickman; his sister Jane Lewis Hickman Smith; and his stepbrother Will Kinton.
