She was predeceased by : her father Homer Kuykendall; and her siblings, Jerry Kuykendall, Marcia Self, Frances Johnson, Regina Tibbs, Sandra Staggs, Linda Kuykendall and Pam Kuykendall.
She is survived by : her children, Ricky Cruse (Tammie) of Gadsden and Dena Cruse (Melanie) of Lexington; her siblings, Garland Kuykendall of Humboldt, Farris Kuykendall of Alabama, Herschell Kuykendall of Humbodlt, Joe Kuykendall of Mississippi and Bonnie Kuykendall of Michigan; her grandsons, Dustin Cruse (Misty), Brandon Pickard (Kristie) and Jake Pickard (Alina); her great grandchildren, Glenn Cruse, Emma Cruse, Addie Pickard, Braylon Pickard and Hazel Pickard; and her pet Gidget Elaine. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
