He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Ray Gunn and Mattie Sue Gunn; his wife Kathy Gunn; his son Charles Stone; and his siblings, Bobby, James, Donnie, Danny Gunn and Helen Gunn.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Luckey of Humboldt, Bridgette Bodiford (Bo) of Milan and Fred Murray of Humboldt; his siblings, Mickey Gunn (Brenda) of Florida, Susan Abbitt of Medina and Jeanene Lewis of Parsons; his grandchildren, Alexis Luckey, Jackson Luckey, Tyler Bodiford, Dillon Bodiford, Carson, Tiana Gonzales Bodiford, Megan Mosier, Dalton Stone, Peyton Stone, Sydney Adams and Sarah Rhinehart; and his great grandchildren, CoraBelle Bodiford, Liv Gray, Warren Bodiford, Ayla Bodiford, Isabella Bodiford, Tyler Davidson Bodiford, Parker Mosier, Collin Mosier, Hayes Stone, Sawyer Stone and Emmitt Stone.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Medina Funeral Home & Cremation Service (302 W Church Ave, Medina, TN 38355). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery (425 Antioch Rd, Humboldt, TN 38343).
