Though Billie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Billie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William James Weatherall and Irene Silcox; and her siblings, James Isaac Weatherall and Virginia Ann Wallace. She is survived by: her son Edward Adam Wei of Louisiana; her sisters, Patricia Leah Poole of Augusta, Jacqueline Dianna Weatherall of Humboldt and Misty Dawn Hayes of Humboldt, Tennessee; her granddaughter Elise Weatherall; and her close friend Jack Sistler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
