He is survived by: his wife Liz Evans; his son Tyler Evans; his sisters, Vickie Haynes (Birdie) and Charlotte Concialdi; his daughters, Cheryl Cupples and Brittany Alexander (Colton); his grandchildren, Aleah (Eddie), Bradley and Kayla; his great grandchild Naomi; and his brothers-in-law, Jeff and David Cupples. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
