She was predeceased by: her parents, Anderson Mayberry and Bertha Crawley Mayberry; her husband George A. Pledge; and her siblings, Virlon Mayberry, Dow Mayberry, Leon Mayberry, Victoria Adkins and Georgia Tilford.
She is survived by: her children, Kent Pledge (Diane) of Jackson, Joel Pledge (Linda) of Jackson, Timothy Pledge of Jackson and Melody Kelly (Tommy) of Jackson; and her grandchildren, Bethany Erickson (Joel), Lindsay Freyer, Jean Odom (Michael), Thomas Pledge (Carrie), Carson Pledge, Brad Kelly (Lauren) and Katie Black (Levi). She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Crossroads Assembly of God (392 US Highway 45 W, Humboldt, TN 38343). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
