He is survived by: his father Donald Joe McCallum of Medina; his wife Beth Driver McCallum of Medina; his children, Brooke McCallum of Medina, Elsie Ladd of Medina, Bryce Ladd (Averie) of Springfield and Cole McCallum (Kaylee) of Bowling Green, Kentucky; his brother Jonathan McCallum of Colorado; his parents-in-law, Tim and Donna Driver of Benton, Kentucky; and his siblings-in-law, Dylan Driver of Metropolis, Illinois and Paige Edmonds (Jeremy) of Calvert City, Kentucky.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and additional family members.
