He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Brooks and Ruth Medling; and his daughter Valerie Haynes. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Brooks of Medina; his brother Randy Brooks (Peggy) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, Addi Haynes and Chase Haynes; and his son-in-law Todd Haynes.
