He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lantz of Milan; his children, Michael Lantz of Milan, Hunter Lantz of Milan, Michelle Alshouse (TJ) of Milan, Victoria Smith (Christian) of Bradford and Melody Lenz of Milan; his siblings, Jeff Lowery (Janie) of Arkansas, Angie Ramaker (John) of Milan and Rose Zajicek (Ben) of Arkansas; his grandchildren, Koral, Rebecah and Madyson; his great grandchildren, James, Jace, Nova, Khalil and Emily; his great great grandchild Kash; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Lantz and Sharon Lantz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
