He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy D. McIntosh; his parents, Minor Lauderdale and Benjamin Earl McIntosh; and his brothers, Minor "Mike" McIntosh and Ben McIntosh.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa M. Ruleman (Kurt) of Memphis; and his grandchildren, Victor, Luther and Inez Ruleman.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that any memorials be sent to the First Evangelical Church mission fund or to a charity of the donor's choice.
