She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Entrikin and Janelle Entrikin; her brother Jim Forsythe; and her nephew Jeremy Mitchell. She is survived by: her sister Lisa Peacock of Hernando; her sibling's children, Megan Self (Andy) and Jason Peacock; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlotte Self, William Self, Jordyn Mitchell, Austin Loup, Erin Loup and Emily Loup.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grays Creek Baptist Church (5020 Getwell Rd S, Hernando, MS 38632). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
