She is survived by: her husband Billy Wayne Hoggard Sr.; her children, Wayne Hoggard (Lane) of Moss Point, MS, Susan Wamble (Sam) of Pine Bluff, AR, Wes Hoggard (Julie) of Hernando, MS and Steve Hoggard (Melodie) of Olive Branch, MS.; her grandchildren, John Hoggard (Heather), John Wesley III, Easton, Tucker, Rachel Stigler (Ben), Caroline and Walter; her great grandchildren, Ben Hoggard (Kristin), Miller, Ava, Emma Louise, Caitlyn Robnett (Tim), Scotty, Naomi, Hannah Thornton (Blake), Gracie Hoggard and Hollis Hoggard; and also, Britt and Charlie Emerson.
In lieu of flowers, Kitty would have appreciated donations to the following organizations: Salvation Army, Whitehaven Baptist Church, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
