He is survived by: his sisters, Bonnie Alvarez (Julio) of Bolivar, TN and Barbara Smith (Richie) of Toone; his brother-in-law Joey Crumby of Savannah; and his siblings' children, Bethany Crumby, Brittany Higgs (Jason), Ashley DiAnn Elam, Will, Maddy Prine, Jay, Abby, Kyle and Riley Smith. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in honor of Dewayne.
