He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Verl Talbot and La Verne Gibby; his former wife Cara Sidney Stevenson; his wife Joyce Barrett; his children, Lori Smolka (Joseph), Michael Talbot (Kim), Steven Talbot (Penny), Sherry Martini (Richard) and John Talbot (Sandy); and his siblings, Blaine (Linda), Duane Talbot (Sandy) and Joyce Tocheri. He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
