He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Cardinal and Betty Epelgrad Cardinal; and his son Jimmy Cardinal. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; and his children, Kenneth Cardinal, Samantha Edmunds (Howard), Shelly Person (Glen), Scott Dowdle, Sean Phillips and Gregg Phillips. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
